While managing a collection agency specializing in delinquent medical accounts, Michael was quick to see the need for quality accounts receivable management services for the healthcare industry. Insistent on integrity and excellence in all business dealings, he purchased MDAssociates with two business partners in 1994. Using sound business and accounting principles, he managed North Carolina operations and served as president before assuming the responsibility of CEO in 2005. A graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, he holds a degree in accounting and is intent on supporting the community that has supported MDAssociates’ growth and success.
Robert Z. Haskins, Jr.
Executive Vice President
Drawing on 18 years of success in healthcare and armed with proven business fundamentals, Robert has helped springboard MDAssociates to a well-known brand widely recognized for exceptional customer service. He credits the company’s success to its constant focus on client goals as well as unwavering ethical standards. Robert holds a degree in business management from the Pamplin School of Business at Virginia Tech. He joined the company in 2001, after seven years as surgical account manager/vascular specialist for Argon Medical and serving as a national account manager with Lanier Worldwide.
