Included are detailed monthly reports on key metrics, a customized monthly executive summary, and personal service by telephone and face-to-face to interpret and apply the information. Tailored to your needs, goals and specifications, reports can summarize:

  • Provider performance, including productivity by RVU or CPT code, visits by provider, acuity graphs and other provider performance criteria
  • Financial performance, including net to gross revenue, charges (total and percentage), and collections (total and percentage), bad debt measures, and other metrics relevant to your goals
  • Revenue management performance, including days in accounts receivable, aging by pay class, denial trends and other performance indicators

In addition, our Centricity® Decision Support module is used to extract information from a client’s database, and using a relational database for querying and reporting, provide virtually limitless analytics.
