MDAssociates is currently and has always been in good standing with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. We have a written Medicare Compliance Plan in place. And we have never been the subject of a formal audit or investigation.

In addition, MDAssociates has an ongoing privacy program to protect the confidentiality of patient data. We are fully compliant with the HIPAA Privacy and Security Rule and supported its implementation as members of the Mid-Atlantic Health Initiative.
